Homemade Potato Chips


Ingredients :
Potatoes
Oil for deep fring
Salt to taste
Redchilli powder











Method :

Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them very thin and round. Heat oil in a kadhai for frying the potato chips. Fry till golden and crispy. Next sprinkle salt and redchilli powder.. Crispy potato chips ready to serve.. :)

  15. Looks awesome. You should try spraying a plate with non stick spray and then microwaving the potato slices instead of frying. They make for an amazing guilt free potato chips snack. :)
