Corn Kernels : 1 cup
Boiled Potato : 1
Rice flour : 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp (Optional)
Handful of chopped fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Oil : 1 tbsp
Method :
Put the corn kernels and water in a pressure cooker and cook till 3 whistles. Grind the boiled corn into a coarse paste. Combine the mashed potato, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chopped coriander and rice flour with corn paste and mix well. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into flat kebabs. Heat a tava and add some oil. Place the kebabs and fry on both side til golden brown color. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
