Cashew Nuts : 1 cup
Ghee : 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder : 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
A big pinch of sugar (Opitional)
Heat a teaspoon of ghee in a wide pan. Add and roast the cashews until golden brown color. Sprinkle the salt, red chilli powder, sugar and pepper powder and mix well. Turn off the flame let it cool completely. Store in a airtight container and serve as a snack.
