Crumbled Paneer : 1 1/2 cups
Chopped Carrots : 1 cup
Onion : 1
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp (Optional )
Green Chillies : 2
Garam Masala : 1 tsp
A big pinch of turmeric powder
Red chilli powder to taste
Lemon Juice to taste
Salt to taste
Oil : 1 tbsp
Method :
Peel and chop the onion and set aside. Heat a table spoon of oil in a pan. Add and fry the chopped onion until light brown color. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minutes. Now add the chopped green chillies and chopped carrots and little water to it and let it cook completely. Then add the salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and crumbled paneer to it. Mix well and fry for few minutes. Add the lemon juice and switch off the flame. Serve with roti.
