Banana Milkshake

Ingredients :

Chopped Ripe Plantain / Banana : 1 cup
Boiled and cooled milk : 1 to 1.5 cups
Vanilla Essence : 1/4 tsp
Sugar to taste
Ice cubes


Method :

In a blender, add the chopped banana, sugar, vanilla essence and milk and blend until smooth. Then add the ice cubes and blend it again for a few seconds. Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately.
