Ingredients :
Ragi Flour / Finger Millet Flour : 2 cups
Dry Coconut Powder : 1 cup
Sugar : 1.5 cups
One cup of melted ghee or 4 tbsp of warm milk
Method :
Dry roast the ragi flour until it changes color and allow it to cool. Grind the sugar into a fine powder and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted ragi flour, powdered sugar and dry coconut powder and mix until well combined. Add warm milk or warm melted ghee to the ragi flour mixture and mix well. Shape the mixture into balls / laddus and serve.
