|Milagai Podi for Idly and Dosa|
- Urad Dal : 1/2 cup
- Chana Dal : 1/4 cup
- Dried Red Chillies : 15
- Grated Dry Coconut : 1 tbsp
- White Sesame Seeds : 2 tsp
- Curry Leaves : 1 small sprig
- Hing : 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
1. Dry roast all the ingredients separately except the salt.
2. Remove from the heat and let them cool completely.
3. Grind the roasted ingredients into a fine or little coarse powder.
4. Add the salt and mix very well. Store in a airtight container.
5. Serve with idli or dosa.
