Green Chillies : 2 to 4
Mustard Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal : 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal : 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves : 1 stem
A big pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil : 2 tsp

~ Chukka koora Tomato Pachadi ~

Ingredients :


Chopped Sorrel Spinach / Green Sorrel Leaves : 1 cup
Tomato : one small sized
Tamarind : small piece
Coriander Seeds : 1 tsp
Urad Dal : 1 tsp
Whole Red Chillies : 5 or6
A big pinch of fenugreek seeds
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
