Millet Curd Baath | Healthy Recipes
Ingredients :
Millet / Korralu : 1/2 cup
Fresh Curd : 1.5 cups
Water : 1 cup
Mustard Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Urad dal : 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal : 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped ginger : 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chillies : 3
Dried Red Chilli : 1
Curry Leaves : 1 sprig
Turmeric Powder : 1/8 tsp
A big pinch of hing
Salt to taste
Oil : 1 tbsp
