Ingredients :
- Sweet Corn : 1
- Potatoes : 2 small sized
- Carrots : 2 small sized
- Onion : 1 large, chopped lengthwise
- Handful of chopped beans
- Besan / Gram Flour : 3 tbsp
- Rice Flour : 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp
- Amchoor Powder : 3/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder : 1.5 tsp
- Curry Leaves : 2 sprigs
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
