Apple & Dates Milkshake Recipe

Preparation & Cooking Time : 5 - 10 mins
Serves : 2 persons

Ingredients :
  • Apple : 1
  • Seedless Dates : 10
  • Milk : 1.5 cups
  • Ice Cubes
Method :

1. Chop the dates into small pieces. Wash and chop the apple into pieces and set aside.

2. Transfer the chopped apple, chopped dates and little milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.

3. Now add the remaining milk and ice cubes and blend again. Add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.

4. Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately.
