- Apple : 1
- Rolled Oats : 2 tbsp
- Milk : 1 cup
- Almonds : 5
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
- Honey to taste
Method :
1. Wash, peel and chop the apple into
small pieces and set aside.

Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
