    Mango Rabri Tukra / Tukda

    Ingredients :Bread Slices : 10
    Mango Rabri : 2 cups
    Oil for deep frying
    Chopped almonds for garnishing

    Method :

    Cut the bread slices into round or triangle shape and set aside. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and deep fry the bread slices till nice golden brown color. Remove, drain the excess oil and place them on a serving plate. Pour the mango rabri over the deep fried bread to soak well and garnish with chopped almonds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chilled.

    Other Names : Mango Rabdi Tukre, Mango Rabri Tukray
