Wash, peel and chop the ripe mango into small cubes.
In a bowl, combine the mango pieces, milk, sugar and cardamom powder.
Mix very well and refrigerate it for some time. Serve it chilled as a dessert.

You can also mash some mango pieces and add it to the shikran to make creamy.Substitute the sugar with powdered jaggery to make the dessert more healthier
