Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add and fry the cashews until they are light brown color. Then add the raisins and fry until they plump up. Remove them from the ghee and set aside.
In the same ghee, add the wheat rava and stir continuously on medium – low flame until it becomes light golden brown color.
Now add 1.5 cups of boiling water and remaining ghee and combine.
Cover and cook the mixture over a low flame for few minutes or until the wheat rava gets cooked.
When it is cooked, add the sugar and cardamom and combine well.
When the mixture thickens, add the fried nuts and mix everything.
