  • 6 tbsp Yogurt
  • Assorted Fruits (I used 1/2 apple, 4 Strawberries, 1 Peach, 1 Pear, 1 Banana and handful of Grapes)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1-2 tbsp Sugar / Honey (or as needed)


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla essence and sugar / honey and keep it aside.
  • Wash, peel and chop the fruits into pieces.
  • To assemble parfaits, layer some prepared yogurt into the serving glass. 
  • Top the yogurt layer with some chopped fruits.
  • Repeat the layers until glasses are filled to the top.
  • Serve immediately or chilled.


You can replace the sugar with honey or maple syrup. 
You can use any seasonal fruits to make this healthy parfait recipe.
