Mixed Fruit Yogurt Parfait Recipe
How to make Mixed Fruit Yogurt Parfait Recipe. Simple and healthy breakfast recipe with fruits and yogurt.
- 6 tbsp Yogurt
- Assorted Fruits (I used 1/2 apple, 4 Strawberries, 1 Peach, 1 Pear, 1 Banana and handful of Grapes)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1-2 tbsp Sugar / Honey (or as needed)
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla essence and sugar / honey and keep it aside.
Wash, peel and chop the fruits into pieces.
To assemble parfaits, layer some prepared yogurt into the serving glass.
Top the yogurt layer with some chopped fruits.
Repeat the layers until glasses are filled to the top.
Serve immediately or chilled.
You can replace the sugar with honey or maple syrup.
You can use any seasonal fruits to make this healthy parfait recipe.
