Easy Raspberry Chia Seed Jam Recipe
A super healthy, easy, quick and delicious Raspberry Chia Jam Recipe without sugar.
- 1.5 cups Raspberries
- 1.5 tbsp Chia Seeds or more if needed
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1.5 tbsp Honey or as needed
Combine the washed raspberries and lemon juice in a pan and mix with with whisk or spatula.
Mash and cook for about 5- 8 minutes or until mixture is little thick.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down a bit.
Add the chia seeds and honey and mix until well combined.
Refrigerate it for a few hours to set.
Store in the refrigerator for a week.
Add more chia seeds if you want too thick consistency.
Add more honey or lemon juice as per your taste
