Ingredients

cup
Cooked Chestnuts
¼
cup
Dark Chocolate

tbsp
Sugar
½
tsp
Vanilla Essence
A pinch of Salt
Instructions
Grind the cooked chestnuts with ½ cup of water until it is smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a pan and add sugar, vanilla and salt.
Keep stirring and cook for about 7-8 minutes or until it thickens.
Turn off the flame and add the chopped dark chocolate.
Keep mixing till the chocolate is melted.
Let it cool completely and store in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
Serve with bread, yogurt, ice cream or crackers.

If you are using frozen chestnuts, thaw them first.
Adjust sugar as per your taste.
