  • 1 3/4 cups Short Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Frozen Green Peas
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp Chopped Parsley


  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Reserve a few ladles of pasta water.
  • Drain pasta and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil and add chopped onions. Saute them for 4-5 minutes or until they are transparent.
  • Add green peas and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add enough salt and pepper powder and give it a mix.
  • Add a ladle full of pasta water to the pan. Cover and cook until peas are soft.
  • Once done, add chopped parsley and mix well.
  • Add the cooked pasta and mix until well combined.
  • Add more pasta water if you want a soupy consistency.
  • Adjust salt and serve hot with cheese and pepper powder.
