Quick Poha Chat


Ingredients :

Thin Poha : 1 cup
Tomato : 1 small sized
Onion : 1 small sized
Roasted Bengal Gram : 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tspLemon Juice : 2 tbsp
Cilantro : 2 sprigs
Salt to taste

Method :

Peel and chop the onion into small pieces and keep aside. Wash and chop the tomato into small pieces. Put the poha in a wide bowl. Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, salt, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix very well and serve immediately.

  1. wow...that is one quick chat! is it better to add the poha towards the end after mixing all the other ingredients?! may be poha will be little more crisp this way!

    i have a huge packet of poha waiting to be eaten! my husband got hte thin poha instead of the thick, But shd it not be cleaned? I had a question about that. I shall try this for snck tomorrow!
