Fresh Coconut: ½ cup
Green Chillies: 3 – 4
Cumin Seeds: ½ tsp
Mustard Seeds: ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder: ¼ ts
Curry Leaves: 1 sprig
Red Chilli: 1
Salt to taste
Oil / Coconut Oil: 1 tbsp
1. Wash, peel and chop the plantain into pieces.
a saucepan, add the chopped plantains, turmeric powder, salt and water
cook until plantain pieces are tender. Drain and set aside.
