CUSTARD GULAB JAMUN

Ingredients

Mix custard powder with little milk

Make sure there are no lumps. Keep it aside.

Combine sugar and milk and bring it to a simmer

Add custard powder mixture and cook until it thickens

Transfer it to a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Chill for 1-2 hours.

It will thicken as it cools.

To assemble, add gulab jamun pieces to the serving bowl.

Add a custard layer and then gulab jamun 

Serve chilled!
