Dry Fruit Sunnundalu

Roast almonds until they start changing the color.

Roast cashews until they start changing the color.

Grind the roasted nuts to a coarse powder.

Dry roast urad dal on low flame until golden brown color.

Let it cool and grind into a powder

Add jaggery and continue grinding

Blend until well combined

Combine ground nuts, ground urad dal and chopped pistachios in a mixing bowl

Add warm ghee little by little and mix well with a spatula

Roll the mixture into ladoos
