    Apple and Almonds Milkshake

    Ingredients :Apple : 1
    Milk : 1 cup
    Almonds : 5
    Sugar to taste
    A pinch of cardamom powder (Optional)
    Ice cubes

    Method :

    Wash, peel and chop the apple into pieces and set aside. In a blender, combine the chopped apple, milk, almonds, sugar and cardamom powder and blend until smooth. Then add the crushed ice cubes and blend it again for few seconds. Pour the milkshake into glasses, garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
