How to make Mango Plum Jam at Home ( No Pectin )
    Preparation & Cooking Time : 30 mins
    Yield : 2 cups

    Ingredients:

Plums: 1 ¾ cups, pitted and chopped
    Sugar: 1cup or little more
    Lemon Juice:1 tbsp

    Method:

    1. In a heavy bottomed vessel, add the chopped plums, sugar and lemon juice.

    2. Mix well and cook on a
    high flame till the sugar
    dissolves.

    3. Reduce the flame and let it cook until it reaches the
    consistency of jam.

    4. Switch off the flame. The jam will thicken more as
    it cools.

    5. Store the jam in a sterilized jar in the refrigerator for a
    couple of weeks.
