Ingredients :
Urad Dal : 1 cupGrated Jaggery : 1 cup
Melted Ghee : 1/2 cup
Method :Dry roast the urad dal on a medium flame until light golden color. Don't burn them. When color changes and nice aroma appears, remove from the heat and allow it to cool. Grind it in the blender into a coarse powder. Finally add the grated jaggery to the urad dal powder and blenderise it again. Take it out in a bowl and add melted ghee and mix. Shape into small round ball. Now sunnudalu is ready to serve.
