    Cardamom : 3 pods
    Warm Milk : 2 tbsp

    Method :

Roast the jowar flour in ghee on low flame till it becomes light golden color. Remove it from the flame and let it cool completely. Now sprinkle the warm milk and shape into small laddoos.

What is the shelf life.. as we are adding milk in it. By the way I am a fan of your laddoo collection. Tried many and that became a routine as everyone at home expect them stocked up on regular basis.

So good to hear that. Thank you so much. These laddus will stay fresh for 3-4 days. You can replace milk with ghee for longer shelf life. 🙂
