    Mango Rabri / Rabdi

    Ingredients :Milk : 2 cups
    Mashed Mango Pulp : 1 cup
    Sugar : 2 tbsp
    Cardamom Powder : ¼ tsp

    Method :

    Heat the milk in a heavy bottomed pan and boil on a low flame until it reduces to half quantity. When the milk is reduced to half, add the sugar and cardamom powder and cook for few minutes. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely. Then add the mashed mango pulp and mix very well. Garnish with mango pulp and chopped almonds. Serve immediately or refrigerate for few hours and serve it chilled.

      No! this cant happen!
      Remember Chandana, that I am trying to lose weight??? You cant invite/tempt me to try all these mango recipes. My taste buds are not going to let me relax no more. Deserves a Sure try! Superb, mouthwatering, delicious Rabdi 🙂
