    Badam Paalu ~ Almond Kheer

    Ingredients :Milk : 500 ml
    Almonds : 20 to 25
    Sugar : 3 tbsp or more
    Cardamom pods : 2

    Method :

    Soak the almonds in hot water for few minutes, then remove the skin. Grind almonds and cardamom seeds with enough water to a paste and set aside. Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel for sometime. Add the almonds paste and sugar and mix well. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes.Turn off the flame and allow it to cool. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve chilled.

    Other Names : Almond Milk, Baadam Milk, Badam Palu
