    Kalchina Mokkajonna Potthulu ~ Fire Roasted Corn

    Kalchina Mokka jonna Kankulu ~ Fire Roasted Corn ~ Muskin Jola
    Ingredients :
    Corn cobs : 2
    Lemon juice : 2 tsp
    Salt : 1tsp


    Method :Remove the husks from corn and place them direct flame of gas stove. Roast the corn on medium flame. When the roasting is done, remove from the flame and sprinkle some salt and lemon juice. Serve warm with a cup of Tea.

      When eva we ver on vacations to blore we used to have this roasted on koyla(charcoal) I love corns ne time in ne form luks gr8 🙂

      chandana, shall i share one of my favourite recipe of this corn. Make two inches pieces of tender corn and pressure cook adding enough water and salt.(sugar for children).. Eat them hot..
