    Mango Lassi ~ Mango Flavored Yogurt Drink

    Ingredients :Chopped Mango: : ½ to 1 cup
    Yogurt : ½ cup
    Water : 1 cup ( add more water if you need thinner consistency)
    Sugar :1 to 2 tbsp
    Cardamom Powder : ¼ teaspoon ( Optional )
    Ice Cubes

    Method :

    Wash, peel and chop the mango into cubes. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, sugar, curd, water and cardamom and blend until smooth. Then add the crushed ice cubes and blend it again for few seconds. Pour the lassi into glasses, garnish with finely chopped mango and serve.

      Always think abt making mango shake when we buy mangoes,but end up eating the ripe ones..who can resist the mangoes.slurppppp..can finish it in one go..
