    Radish Leaves Pakora Recipe - Indian Radish Greens Recipes

    Ingredients:

    • ¼ cup Chopped Radish Leaves, tightly packed
    • ¼ cup Sliced Onion
    • ½ cup Besan / Chickpea Flour
    • ¼ cup Rice Flour
    • ½ cup Water or as requiered 
    • ½ teaspoon Chopped Green Chillies or as needed
    • ½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
    • ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (optional)
    • A big pinch of Baking Soda
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for deep frying
    Instructions:
    • Wash and chop the radish greens and set aside.
    • Heat enough oil for deep frying the pakoras.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the radish leaves, onion, chillies, salt, cumin seeds, baking soda, chickpea flour and rice flour. Mix everything well.
    • Add water little by little and make a thick batter.
    • Take a spoonful of batter and gently drop it into the hot oil. Stir occasionally.
    • Deep fry them until golden brown color.
    • Remove the pakoras from oil and place them on a paper towel.
    • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
