Raspberry Chia Jam Recipe – Yummy, quick, easy and healthy jam recipe with no added sugar.

This jam is so simple and easy to make with very few and healthy ingredients. You can use this as a spread to your bread or mix it with your yogurt, oats or muesli. You can also top some banana slices on your jam toast like I did here

Easy Raspberry Chia Seed Jam Recipe

A super healthy, easy, quick and delicious Raspberry Chia Jam Recipe without sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Raspberries
  • 1.5 tbsp Chia Seeds or more if needed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 tbsp Honey or as needed

Instructions

  • Combine the washed raspberries and lemon juice in a pan and mix with with whisk or spatula.
  • Mash and cook for about 5- 8 minutes or until mixture is little thick.
  • Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down a bit.
  • Add the chia seeds and honey and mix until well combined.
  • Refrigerate it for a few hours to set. 
  • Store in the refrigerator for a week.

Add more chia seeds if you want too thick consistency.
Add more honey or lemon juice as per your taste
