Ingredients :Paneer Cubes : 150 gms
    Onion : 1 big sized
    Tomatoes : 2
    Cashew Paste : 1.5 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
    Coriander Powder : ½ tsp
    Kasuri Methi : ½ tsp
    Garam Masala : ½ tsp
    Butter : 2 tbsp
    Oil : 1 tbsp
    Fresh Cream : 1 tbsp
    Red Chilli powder to taste
A big pinch of turmeric powder
    Salt to taste

    Method :

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add and fry the paneer cubes till light golden color. Soak the fried paneer cubes in water for 5 minutes and drain. Keep them aside. Peel, chop and grind the onion into a paste and set aside. Heat two tablespoons of butter in a wok. Add and fry the onion paste until light brown color. Then add the ginger garlic paste and fry for another 2 minutes. Add the cashew paste, tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed kasuri methi, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well. Now add the paneer cubes and a cup of water to it and cook for 10 minutes. When it’s done, add the fresh milk cream and switch off the flame. Serve with roti or steamed rice.
