    Pudina Chai ~ Indian Mint Tea

    ~ Refreshing and Healthy Indian Mint Tea ~
    Ingredients :Tea Powder : 1 tsp
    Fresh Mint Leaves : 5 to 7
    Water : 1 cup
    Milk : ¼ cup
    Sugar to taste
    Pudina Tea / Teneeru ~ Mint Chai
    Method :

    Bring one cup of water to boil, then add tea powder, fresh mint leaves, milk and sugar. Let it boil for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from flame and strain the tea. Tea is ready.

      This pudina chai was the first thing I tried to fix for my friends...as a teenager, but got -ve compliments back then, now I really shaped up my cooking, mint chai is appreciated by my friends now:):) Loved ur preparation, stirred up old days memories:)
