Avocado Lassi Recipe

- 1 cup Ripe Avocado
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 to 1.5 cups Cold Water
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar or as needed
- Take the avocado, yogurt, cardamom powder and sugar in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Add water and blend until well combined.
- If you want a thin consistency, adjust the amount of the water.
- Pour it into glasses and add ice cubes.
- Serve chilled.
