
Ingredients :
Vermicelli : 1 cup
Semolina / sooji : 1/2 cup
Rice Flour : 1/2 cup
Sour Curd : 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil
Method :
Mix the vermicelli, rice flour, semolina, curd, cumin seeds, salt and water in a bowl and set aside for 1 hour. Now mix very well and make the batter into normal dosa batter. Heat a tava or non stick pan. Spread a little oil all over it. Pour one ladle batter on the hot tava and spread it evenly. Pour a little oil around the edges. Fry both sides of dosa on medium heat. Remove from the heat and serve hot with chutney and sambar.
