Bellam Kudumulu / Sweet Kudumulu / Teepi Kudumulu Recipe  South IndianDessert
Prep Time: 10 mins    |  Cook time: 15 mins    Makes: 10 

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 3/4 cup Powdered Jaggery
  • 2 or 3 tbsp Grated Dry Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tsp Ghee

Method:
  • Combine the jaggery and little water in a pan. The amount of water should be just enough to soak the jaggery. Allow the jaggery to melt.
  • Turn off the flame and add the rice flour, cardamom powder, coconut and a teaspoon of ghee to it.
  • Mix well to make a soft a mixture. Add little water if needed.
  • Let it cool and knead well to make a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into lemon sized balls and flatten them between your palms.
  • Arrange them on a greased steamer or idli plates. Steam cook it on a high flame for 10 - 12 minutes. 
  • Serve & enjoy!

  6. Chaala bavundi..Chala easy kada. Amma always says regardless of whether you do the undrallu..you have to make the chalividi undrallu.. We call them chalividi undrallu:-)
