Rice Flour : 1 cup
Powdered Jaggery : 1/2 cup
Grated fresh or dry coconut : 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
Ghee
Combine the rice flour, powdered jaggery, coconut and cardamom powder and mix well. Add a tablespoon of ghee and mix very well. Sprinkle little water and make a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten them a little. Steam cook the kudumulu on medium flame for about 10 minutes. Switch off the flame and allow it cool.
