    Jalebi Bark Recipe – Super quick, easy and delicious fusion white chocolate bark topped with Indian jalebis and nuts. Perfect sweet for Raksha Bandhan, Holi and Diwali!

    What is white chocolate jalebi bark?

    Chocolate bark is one of the quick and easy chocolate desserts that can be made with just couple of ingredients. The process of making this dessert is pretty much straight forward. Melt the chocolate, add your favorite flavors and variety of toppings and set it in the refrigerator or freezer, that’s it!

    Jalebi is a popular Indian sweet. The combination of jalebi and white chocolate is so good and it is a perfect fusion combination for festivals such as Diwali, Holi and Raksha Bandhan!

    To make this fusion dessert, all you need to do is melt some white chocolate and spread it on a lined plate and top it with jalebis and your favorite nuts. It can be made in under 20 minutes.

    Ingredients & Substitutes:

    White Chocolate – You can use any kind of white chocolate in this recipe. Buy a high quality white chocolate.

    Jalebi – Use fresh and good quality of homemade or store-bought jalebis. You can also swap it with any other Indian sweet.

    Nuts – I have used almonds and pistachios in this recipe. You can use any of your favorite nuts. You can also use roasted nuts if you want.

    Rose Petals – These are totally optional. Choose a good quality edible dried rose petals if you using.

    Storage suggestions:

    Store them in an airtight container in a cool and dry place for 3-5 days. The shelf life will depends on the freshness of the jalebi you are using.

    You can also store them in the refrigerator or freezer for a longer shelf life. Make sure you are storing them in an airtight container.

    If you want store them for a longer period of time, freeze them for 2-3 months.

    Serving suggestions:

    These are great with a cup of coffee or after a meal. They can be served as dessert or sweet snack.

    These are perfect for Diwali, Holi and Rakhi celebrations.

    Tips & Notes:

    Make sure you are using high-quality white chocolate, fresh jalebis and, and good quality nuts for the best taste, flavor and texture.

    Arrange the jalebis and nuts immediately spreading the chocolate because it will begin to set as it cools.

    You can also sprinkle a little bit cardamom powder on top for a different flavor.

    You can also decorate the bark with edible silver varq/foil to add a festive touch.

    Step by step instructions:

    Heat some water in a pan or vessel over low heat and place a heat resistant bowl on top of the water pot.

    Add chopped chocolate into the top bowl.

    Keep stirring with a spatula until it is almost melted.

    Remove it from the heat and continue stirring until smooth and shiny.

    Line a plate or tray with parchment paper.

    Transfer the melted chocolate to the lined tray.

    Spread it evenly (¼ inch thickness) using a spatula.

    Arrange 3 pieces of jalebis on the chocolate.

    Break another jalebi into pieces and arrange them in the gaps.

    Sprinkle almonds, pistachios and rose petals on top.

    Gently press them using a spoon or spatula.

    Keep it in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to set.

    Once it is completely set, break or cut it into pieces.

    Serve and enjoy!
