Ingredients :
Milk : 1 cup
Rice Flour : 1/2 cup
Finely Grated Coconut : 1/2 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
Ghee : 1 tsp
Method :
Bring two cups of water to a boil. Add the rice flour and ghee and mix well. Reduce the flame, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and set aside for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into small balls and set aside. In a cooking vessel, bring a cup of milk to boil. Add the sugar and grated coconut and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the dough balls and cook for another 5 minutes. Now add the cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off the flame and serve.
