Dilli Ki Aloo Chaat Recipe:

Potatoes : 2
Chopped Coriander Leaves: 3tbsp
Grated Ginger: ½ tsp
Green Chillies: 2 or 3, finely chopped
Chat Masala: ¾ tsp
Red Chilli Powder: ½ tsp or as needed
Cumin Powder : ¼ tsp
Oil for deep frying
