Ingredients :Ripe Mango Pieces : 2 cups
Milk : 1/2 cup
Sugar to taste
Cardamom Powder : 1/4 tsp
Method :
Wash, peel and chop the mango into small cubes. Blend the mango pieces, sugar and cardamom powder into a smooth puree. Then add the milk and blend again. Pour the puree into a bowl and garnish with chopped almonds. Serve as a dessert or with poori, roti and dosa.
