Raspberry Chia Jam Recipe - Yummy, quick, easy and healthy jam recipe with no added sugar.

This jam is so simple and easy to make with very few and healthy ingredients. You can use this as a spread to your bread or mix it with your yogurt, oats or muesli. You can also top some banana slices on your jam toast like I did here

Easy Raspberry Chia Seed Jam Recipe
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Raspberries
- 1.5 tablespoon Chia Seeds or more if needed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1.5 tablespoon Honey or as needed
Instructions
- Combine the washed raspberries and lemon juice in a pan and mix with with whisk or spatula.
- Mash and cook for about 5- 8 minutes or until mixture is little thick.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down a bit.
- Add the chia seeds and honey and mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate it for a few hours to set.
- Store in the refrigerator for a week.
